Washing instructions:
For sustainability reasons, we generally recommend washing at 30 degrees. This is not only more environmentally friendly due to lower energy consumption, but also gentler on the material. Our tip: Washing inside out increases the longevity of your socks, which you want to enjoy for a long time.
Always sort laundry by color and wash only similar colors together if possible. Do not wash dark and intensely colored laundry with generally light-colored laundry, as dark textiles can lose color and stain light-colored laundry.
Shipping (costs):
Orders placed by 12 p.m. will be processed on the same business day.
Delivery with DHL within Germany usually takes 1-3 business days. For pre-order items - or if otherwise stated - it will take longer. For orders up to €44.99, we charge shipping costs of €3.50. For orders of €45 or more, you will receive your goods free of shipping costs.
Returns:
Of course, it would be a shame if you are not happy with our socks. If this should happen, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please make sure that the socks are unworn and the bands are undamaged, otherwise we unfortunately cannot take back the goods.
One more small note with a request for understanding: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs.

After we receive your return, we will ensure that the inspection is carried out as quickly as possible so that you receive your money back promptly. The refund will be made using the payment method you originally used (e.g., PayPal or credit card).
